Partial fix for #5459 (main-broken,
idworkflow @455f3bb). Diagnosis from the failing run 41815275218's logs — the breakage is four separate legs, not one:treefmt(8 files, pure formatting: 6 Rust files, 1 Markdown, 1 shell script).unwrap_used/expect_used/panicwere set todenyinpkgs/id/Cargo.tomlon 2026-11-02 (PR fix(design-code): repoint :18745 legs to antigravity-direct :18751 (#1413, unblocks opencode#1409) #4626) and the tree was never brought into conformance: 571 deny-level sites at HEAD (20 in theidlib target, 551 in its lib-test target;id-corehas exactly 1). Split into its own campaign issue with full evidence — too large and judgment-bearing for this PR.No space left on devicemid-compile), not code. Verified green on the laptop at this tree.Verification (laptop, this tree,
